Draft pending legal review. This document describes how the product is designed to work and must be reviewed by counsel before LeadPilot AI accepts paying customers.
Who this covers
LeadPilot AI provides software to home-service businesses (“customers”). Customers use it to manage inquiries from their own clients (“end customers”). For end-customer data, the business is the controller and LeadPilot AI processes data on its behalf.
Data we process
- Account data: name, email address and authentication records for business users.
- Business configuration: services, hours, service areas and integration settings.
- End-customer data: phone numbers, names, ZIP codes, call metadata, SMS content and appointment details.
- Consent records: when and how an end customer agreed to receive messages, and any opt-outs.
- Billing data: subscription status from Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
How data is used
- To detect missed calls, send permitted messages, qualify inquiries and book appointments.
- To generate AI replies through our AI provider gateway. Message content is sent only as needed to respond.
- To operate, secure and support the service. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
We rely on Supabase (database and authentication), Twilio (calls and SMS), OpenRouter (AI model access), Google (calendar), Stripe (billing), Resend (email) and Inngest (background jobs), each processing data only to provide their service.
Messaging and opt-out
End customers can reply STOP to any message to opt out, START to opt back in, and HELP for help. Opt-outs are recorded and honored for that business.
Retention, export and deletion
Businesses can export their data and request deletion. End customers can ask the business they contacted to access or delete their information.
