The service
LeadPilot AI helps businesses track missed inquiries, send permitted SMS, qualify leads with AI assistance and book appointments. Features vary by plan.
Your responsibilities for messaging
- You are responsible for having valid consent before messages are sent to your customers.
- You must complete any carrier registration (such as A2P 10DLC) that applies to your phone numbers.
- You must not use LeadPilot AI for unsolicited marketing or to message people who have opted out.
- Twilio account usage and carrier fees are billed to you by Twilio.
AI assistance
AI replies identify themselves as coming from a virtual assistant and work only from the information you configure. AI output can be wrong; your team remains responsible for customer commitments and can take over any conversation.
Subscriptions
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Usage limits apply per plan; when reached, automated sends pause.
No guaranteed results
LeadPilot AI does not guarantee any number of leads, bookings or revenue.
